FlowKids
is where inner strength takes shape.
We guide ages 6—15 through modern, real-world emotional work: noticing what they feel, understanding why it matters, and building the inner strength to stand steady in friendships, challenges, and identity shifts. It’s emotional intelligence without the buzzwords; rooted in movement, conversation, art, and intentional companionship. This is where kids learn how to be themselves and belong at the same time.

FlowKids is a space where children slow down, reflect, move, create, and talk about the things that shape their inner world.
Through conversation, mindfulness, creative activities, meaningful games, and shared experiences, children develop tools that help them better understand themselves and others.
FlowKids helps children build inner guidance.
Not through pressure, lectures, or behavior systems; but through real connection, emotional understanding, reflection, and lived experience.
This is where kids learn how to notice what they feel, navigate friendships and social dynamics, and grow into themselves with confidence and clarity.

FlowKids creates space for children to reflect, navigate friendships and emotions, build confidence, and explore their inner world through conversation, movement, creativity, mindfulness, and shared real-world experiences.
The Essentials
FlowKids is a recurring workshop series for children ages 6+ focused on emotional awareness, confidence, friendships, communication, mindfulness, and social understanding through meaningful real-world experiences.
Sessions take place Tuesday afternoons from 3:00—4:30 PM in small groups intentionally divided by age and developmental stage. The experiences, conversations, and social dynamics of a 6-year-old naturally differ from those of an older child, and groups are thoughtfully structured to support age-appropriate connection, reflection, and discussion.
Bring water bottles and any comfort item your child needs.
Each session is $35 (+tax) and must be booked in advance.
Workshops may include mindfulness activities, meaningful games, creative expression, collaborative experiences, movement, and guided group discussions rooted in real-life childhood experiences.
MORE TO KNOW:
FlowKids is designed to feel emotionally safe, grounded, and supportive without pressure to perform or participate in any one specific way. Children are always encouraged — never forced — to share, reflect, or engage verbally within the group setting. Workshop themes rotate throughout the year and may include topics such as friendships, confidence, emotional awareness, communication, consent, social dynamics, self-expression, and mindfulness.
