Focus: Literacy brings reading and writing into the things kids naturally connect with. Our workshops and sessions are all about stories, movement, nature, games + hands-on exploration. With small groups and an adaptable approach, David meets kids where they are and builds literacy skills through experiences that feel meaningful to them.

A few things to know

Groups stay intentionally small so David can respond to the kids actually in front of him.

Kids can come for extra support, stronger skills, more confidence, or simply a different way to engage with literacy.

Expect movement, nature, stories, games, conversation and hands-on exploration alongside reading + writing.

Phonics, reading, writing, comprehension + communication remain at the heart of the experience.

David adapts the experience around current skills rather than expecting every child of the same age to be doing the same thing.
