The Basics (read carefully)

This event is for kids between 5 and 12 years only.

  • We begin at 3:00pm and end the event 5:30pm latest.

  • Parent/guardian must register their child prior to purchasing a ticket (Registration appears when clicking on ‘Buy A Ticket’). The Release of Liability waiver must be signed prior to the event and will be handed out once you arrive. If not signed your child cannot participate.

  • A ticket costs $55 + tax/child (no sibling discount)

  • We provide all equipment, materials, tools, some light snacks, and beverages for this event.

  • Your child should wear comfortable clothes that can get dirty and stained.

  • Some children find into this workshop quickly and easily. Other children might need some time to warm up and get comfortable in our setting. If necessary, you as the adult must stay for a while and help your child find the way into this workshop until they are able to craft by themselves or with their peers. Please be mindful about your child’s needs and that it might take some time for them to be comfortable. Especially younger kids might need their parent to help them ease in and we encourage making it a smooth adjustment.

  • There will be 2 educators on site that make sure everyone is safe. We allow a group of 12 children. We educators are here to help and assist them!

  • We stay ovservant as they play and have a good time but intervene in an emergency. Little accidents, like stumbling or tripping, frustration, and conflicts with others are completely normal and should be expected – those are all big learning experiences and so important for your child. We educators are mindful about their ages, development, and skills and always make sure to intervene when it is appropriate.

  • In case of an emergency, you as the parent will be contacted via phone call immediately. In case we can’t reach you we will contact the emergency number.

Registration, Payment, and Release of Liability Waiver

Once we receive the participants registration and payment (ticket purchase), they will receive a confirmation email.

After the confirmation email and closer to the date we will send another email with more infos. The Release of Liability waiver will we handed out at the beginning of the event and must be signed prior. If the waiver has not been signed the child cannot attend.

Each child (5 years+) needs a ticket. There is no sibling discount. This event is for children between 5 and 12 years.

Clothing and What to Bring

Your child should wear comfortable clothes that can get dirty and stained. We don’t require the child to bring anything. We got you covered!

Illness, Weather, and Cancelation

If an event must be canceled by the provider due to illness, bad weather, or other absences, we will issue a credit that can be used for any following event. We will not issue any refund.

If your child is ill or cannot participate in the event because of other reasons we cannot issue a refund. Instead, we will issue a credit that can be used in the same or the following month only. We can only issue a credit if the cancellation was made 30 minutes prior to the event via email. If we do not receive an email your child cannot participate on another day without a new ticket purchase.

Please be aware that we do not accept any participation if we see your child is sick. Your child must stay home if they are sick.

If the child gets sick during the event the parent/guardian will be contacted immediately to pick up the child. We won’t issue any credit or refund in this case.

Late Pick-Up

Drop-in starts at 3pm. We will gather in the parking space and get your signatures for the waiver. We are not flexible about the pick-up time. 5:30pm is the latest pick-up. We charge $5.00 per 15 minutes after 5:30pm. As the parent you are responsible to pay the late pick-up fee in cash or via paypal directly at pick-up. Your child cannot attend any future event if the late pick-up fee has not been paid.

Supervision and Liability

We are responsible for supervising your child during the event and make sure they are not unattended. A Release of Liability waiver needs to be signed. We cannot be held liable if anything happens to your child. Children are responsible for their own property and bear full responsibility for themselves. Event-related accidents, health problems, or restrictions will be reported and communicated with parents immediately. In case we cannot reach the parent we will contact the emergency number. We accept no liability for wardrobe, injuries, and accidents. If necessary, we might call parents to ask to pick up their child if participant disrupts the dynamics of the group session. In that case the paid event cost won’t be refunded. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred.

Permission to photograph

As the parent/guardian you give us permission to photograph your child. The photos or videos might get used for advertising and marketing, they might appear on our webpage and social media. If you are not comfortable with one of the pictures we upload, you will let us know and we will take it down. We will never show any kid’s face nor will their name appear anywhere publicly.

This event is not a childcare program. Therefore this program does not need to be licensed by the state of Tennessee as a childcare agency.
