What happens when fear turns into belief, rumors become accusations, and ordinary people become part of extraordinary legends?
This Halloween week, MoxiKids is taking a journey into the darker corners of history!
From the infamous Salem witch trials of 1692 to the mysterious vampire legends of New Orleans, we’ll explore real history events, eerie folklore, and strange beliefs that fascinated and sometimes frightened entire communities.
But we’re not just telling spooky stories! Through atmospheric storytelling, interactive investigations, and playful challenges, kids will uncover clues, question suspicious claims, and discover how fear, superstition, and rumors can shape the way people think and behave.
Along the way, we’ll explore some fascinating questions: Why did people believe in witches and vampires? How did rumors spread before modern technology? And how can we separate historical facts from stories passed down through generations?
A little eerie, a lot curious, and full of surprising discoveries!

Kinder Villa is located on private property off Sanders Ferry Road, approximately 7 minutes from East Main Street in Hendersonville.

This is a drop-off workshop. Because other children are participating in the space, parents and caregivers cannot remain inside during the session.
If this will be your child’s first time at Kinder Villa and you’d like to see the space beforehand, you’re welcome to arrange a tour with us before the workshop.
